My bet is on Sardar Patel. it is due to the perks of Lucknow city although the curriculum will be exactly same. you can choose either based on your convienence.

You can apply for 15% AIQ and State Quota but If you are allotted a seat in second round of AIQ/ Deemed University and you join the allotted seat then you will not be eligible for exiting the seat and not eligible for any round of counselling including state
