Criteria can vary from state to state as some states do not provide admission to other state candidates under management quota.

If you are asking about the NEET percentile then Minimum Qualifying percentile for Unreserved category is 50th percentile i.e 119 marks.
For UR-PH : 45th percentile (107 marks) and for reserved categories- 40th percentile (96 marks)
