If this is your all India rank you can easily get a govt medical college in state as well as aiq. Whereas if this is your St rank you have moderate to good chances of securing your seat in a govt medical college.

My boy AIR is 55526,state rank is 3300 and state ObC rank 1339 Belongs to BC- B from Andhra Pradesh Domicile.can I get MBBS govt seat

Even though the AIR is a big one, the AP state rank can be considered as a good one. With the benefit of reservation you can definitely get an A category seat but getting a seat in a government medical college is not for sure.

You can get various desired govt colleges with these marks in your state quota. There are moderate chances of getting a college under aiq as some states have comparitively low cutoff as compared to other colleges.
