In 12th, you must opt for PCB rather than PCM. After qualifying 12th, prepare for NEET. If you score more than 500 in NEET, you will admission in medical colleges in Puducherry. Buy reference book for NEET and start preparing from now. Also go through the previous year's

The counselling for rajasthan is scheduled to take place from 25th june while the counselling for madhya pradesh has already been started from 15th june. Uttar pradesh counselling process is also scheduled to take place from 25th June. For delhi and biharcounselling will be starting from July. Also
