Yes you can surely get a govt college with these marks if you belong to reserved category however getting a seat in ur category the chances are comparatively low as the competition level is quite tough. You can get givt BDS bams BHMS or bums with these marks

There are around 5% OBC PH seats in government colleges both in state and All India. You need good rank to get seat under OBC-PH quota in government college. These seats also vary from college to college .

2. Moti Lal Nehru medical college, Allahabad= 16400

3. GSVM medical college= 90000
