That vacant seats are controlled by Management of Deemed University and any student can take admission through Management Quota by paying donation fees.

It would be tough to tell you the exact from now as Maharashtra is taking the admission first time for B.Sc Nursing admission through NEET. I would suggest you to wait till it officially come out.
