If you have 42.6 percentile in NEET exam then chances are very less for admission to Government medical colleges under state quota and also under AIQ.

You may try for admission to Deemed Universities.

Are you asing about MBBS/BDS? If yes, and you're from General category, you're not eligible for admission through NEET 2018. So, If you can, attempt the exam after a year of coaching.
