Yes,many colleges of different states will be taking admission only on the basis of NEET SCORE,for example-madhya pradesh,haryana,himachal etc but condition is that you will not need domicile if you become eligible & apply for admission under 15% seats,incase if you want to take admission in 85% seats

Based on you your NEET 2018 score and on the previous year cutoff, you have less chances for admission in a Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota for MBBS in the SC category.

There is an internal quota for seats in medical colleges under DMER. There are three regions- Vidarbha, Marathwada and Rest Of Maharashtra. You will be eligible for 70% of seats of the region you belong and people from other regions will be eligible for the remaining 30%.
Eg: if
Dates are not yet announced,its better to follow Newspaper daily for counselling notifications....
