You should score atleast 480-500+ to get a good government college under obc category in 85% of state quota. And if you score more than 550-600 you can even have chances in all india quota

Both are the good options, It depends which option is comfortable for you. To pursure MBBS from top Government colleges in India then it is a good option. The cost is also much less than the other countries. If we talk about the advantage then studying MBBS from other countries
