The aims rank cannot be ascessed through marks,it is based on percentile.But by looking previous year marks vs rank figures in aims mbbs ,you can get rank below 400 with marks between 130 - 150.With this rank you can get aims patna,aims rishikesh,aims raipur and aims bhubaneswar.

There is no number of time limit set by cbse. You can write NEET untill your age is below the limit set by CBSE.
