Govt medical colleges have a cutoff of above 300 for BC Category. So if the trend of 2017 follow you will not get Govt. You need to join Private !

hey hi,  you can apply to other states even though you dont have domicile under all india quota, all the colleges under NEET ( except AIIMS and JIPMER) have 15 percent of their seats filled on the basis of all india quota via NEET UG, hope this helps, good luck
