It is not possible to get a seat for Medicine in any private colleges as well. Try for management quota seats if you can afford.Else you have options of pursuing the degree in Abroad as well. Look for the best you find is apt to you.

In order to get admission into agriculture universities, you have to give different exams like ICAR,BHU (AGRI)

NEET scores are not accepted for admission into AGRICULTURAL UNIVERSITIES.

IF you have ip ward quota and certificate , only then you are eligible to apply for ESI counselling.

And if you dont have that quota , you can apply under your cateogary quota.

In order to apply for the medical colleges in J and K, you have to get through state counselling which is exclusively for the residents of  J& K.  

So, you can't get a seat there. 

You should try private colleges in haryana and uttarakhand.
