For Category - Other Backward Classes (OBC),

Minimum Qualifying Percentile is 40th Percentile.

And Cutoff Marks is 96.

So, I am sorry to say but you are not qualified in NEET exam.

You cannot get any college under AIQ but tell me your state and Caste. talking about general caste, you cannot get admission in MBBS or BDS but BAMS and BHMS are posisble.

Chances are nil for your rank under AIR since you belong to SC category chances of getting seat that too not in government but in some private medical are there but very less chances

Counselling for AIQ and some deemed universities  will tentatively  start  from 12 th june and second round will start from July 6 to July 12 so this is tentative dates bro
