Most probably more than 510 to550+ were eligible for the government seat rest of some was for private and less than 300 was for deemed university.

In my knowledge if you have given both class 10th and class 12th exams from Chattisgarh then you are eligible for state quota. Along with this if you have domicile of Odisha then you are eligible for state quota of odhisa too.
