There is no Government quota in Deemed Universities. In private colleges, there is Government quota and managemnet quota seats and fee structure vary from college to college and also according to the state. Kindly mention the college name.

The merit list of MHT CET 2018 will be released separately for each of the following categories – All India/ Maharashtra/ J&K Migrant/ NRI/PIO/OCI/CIWGC/FN candidates. The MHT CET merit list will be published till 3rd week of june so you will have to wait till the merit list
No I don't think so. But there are some seats in Pvt colleges which are filled by govt counselling.
