Here is a list of all Medical colleges from West Bengal and their respective cut off ranks and marks for NEET UG under the 85% State quota for the general category in 2017. You can expect a similar cut off this year too.

It will, as that is for identifying students and the invigilator may not allow to write the exams. Get a photograp of you holding name placard asap
Try downloading it from some other computer. There wud be some complaint email. Send them a mail. If u know ur centre then go there and explain them. Try talking to authorities
U can get the list of medical colleges on mci website. Fees and all ull have to search for and find out.
