Yes you can get a seat in private colleges with these marks . There are approximately 50000 seats including govt as well as private in India . So you have fair chances of getting a seat in private Colleges.

U will be asked to fill a bond of 1 lakh Rs, which u will have to pay when u waste a seat.. When u leave college after all the Counselling (State + All India) are over, u will be bound to pay this..

If you belong to a general category then you won't be able to get any seat in medical colleges as the qualifying marks for general category is 50 %which is around 360 marks but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges.
