If you could mention which exam counselling dates you are looking for .. that would be more helpful.
Although here are the counselling dates for neet 2018 :
June12 to june24 - 1st round
July6 to July 12 - 2nd round
August12 to August 22 - mop up round
for OBC, 40th percentile is the cut off mark for qualifying the exam. 2017 neet showed qualifying marks of 107 for OBC candidates.
It is difficult to predict ranks in an aiims exam as it is based on the percentile system I.e number of people you have surpassed with your marks.
