According to the previous year cutoff, you must score marks more than 560 in NEET exam for admission to Darbhanga Medical College for General category, more than 420 for SC category and more than 430 if you belong to ST category.

cast validity is not actually essential but if you have a category certificate then the cutoff for the same would be lower as compared to the UR category so chances of you getting a college would be higher.

Telangana is taking the admission for 15% quota seats first time through NEET so it would be tough to tell you the exact chances. If you want to take admission in MP then you can apply for the m anagemnet quota seats of the private colleges.
