You can apply for NEET after improvement. You must fulfill the eligibility criteria. You should be passed PCB with minimum 50% aggregate score in class 12th.Or if you have applied for improvement exam then at the time of admission you should have your clear report card with you.

Last year NEET cutoff for Government Medical College, Gondia for General category was 7493.

You can apply in OBC category. But if your domicile is in another state you won't qualify for the 85 since that is for students from that state.yiu can get admission with your expected marks as per last year's results. But it depends on the ranks this year
