According to your marks, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under 15% All India quota and also chances seems to be less under state quota.

Your mark 300 is low.
So,with this mark, you cannot get chance into any govt or private medical college in your state or under AIQ.
A mark around 500 was needed for a good rank and get admission into a good govt college.

If you have to take an admission for BHMS course in any good college in Maharashtra then you will have to score in 12th boared maximum (70 and above).

Also you will have to concentrate on PCB (i.e.,Physics,Chemistry,Biology) group.
