Hi, In my opinion it isn't possible to get a seat in pondicherry university for MBBS with 310 score in NEET, nonetheless you should sit for the counselling incase you might have a chance.

first of all, there is no such passing marks theory than can be applied to NEET exam. instead, the things here matter are many like your age, your category, marks , rank and all that.

for you have mentioned here general, you must score 50th percentile of the maximum marks
