Some seats in private medical colleges are reserved for All India Candidates, these seats are management quota seats or B category seats.
So, other state candidates can also apply for management quota seats in Tamil Nadu.
According to your marks chances are less for admission to Government medical Colleges under 15% All India quota. You may try for admission to private colleges.
