NEET has made mandatory that to get into deemed universities also you need to qualify in neet, once u have qualified you can get seat, I don't know about other states but in karnataka it is 6.25 lakhs per year.

Is one registration enough for both MBBS & BAMS??

Generally councilings of both MBBS & BAMS performed separately . But it also depends upon state .. In some states one registration may be enough for both. See the prospectus of your state to know the procedure.

Since you belong to HK region of karnataka, you will get into some medical college for your score, but its very difficult to get into government medical colleges, score of atleast 450+ is expected even though you have 371j HK reservation. Hope you get into good college.
