I got 941 state rank is there any chance to get a seat in KMC and I belong to BC(D) category

What are your marks? Please mention. Generally, a score of around 520 is required to get a seat there. It is a private college, so there are no benefits of reservation there.

Yes you can do , but only thing you should have that is 50% aggregate marks and in 12 your subject combination should be Physics Chemistry Biology.

Sorry to say that your rank is too far to get government seat. If you want it this year then try for private seat. Otherwise give yourself another try for next NEET exam
