Yes , there is limitation of marks under Medhavi vidyarthi yojna. In class Xth , the candidate must have scored atleast 70 percent marks from a recognised Board. And in class XII th , the candidate must have scored atleast 85 percent marks or more with annual income

Unfortunately, even for ST category the cutoffs for government medical colleges in WB are usually 400+
So, with 340 marks, it might not be possible to get a seat in any government medical college in West Bengal.
You might be able to get a seat in private medical colleges.
