Once you are allocated a college in the allotment list then the further admission process will be completed in the college itself. No confirmation or anything will be done online. 

After admission the college will ask you to select the option of freeze or float. Free exit is

the only proof/checkup you have to go from will be to get a certificate from the corresponding govt. hospital.

The candidates who have not registered for the first round are not eligible for the second round of counselling. Only the candidates who applied for first round of counselling but could not get a seat are omly eligible for second round of counsellibg.

Hello friend, Generally colleges don't allow the students to appea directly in second round of counselling, if they have not apperared in the first round. Sometimes when the colleges's seats remain unfilled then the do a spot round in these all students can apply, but this depends on college administration

The counselling for private colleges management quota will start on july 15 and will continue till july 16 , there is no notification related to second round of counselling in the state's official website , maybe it will come in a day or two , but as if
