Sir there are 4 new medical college in west bengal but they are not mci recognized (Permitted u/s 10(A) for 2019-20.) So will i have problem

All medical colleges and universities are supposed to be recognised by MCI. If this is not the case then all the passing out students will have to give the MCI exam after completing their studies.

Hi, 

Government quota seats in private medical colleges is reserved only for the candidates with state domicile. 

Since you do not hold the domicile of karnataka you cannot apply under government quota. 

However you can try under management quota. Hereby you need to contact the college directly for further guidance
