BLDE bijapur is a good medical college and if you have got a seat there in the first round itself then its better to join.Because the trend of counselling is quite eratic and nothing can be guessed accurately. So its better to join.

You have not mentioned about your reservation category, bacause the seat allotments are based on reservation categories , and Considering the previous year's Cutoffs , if you belong to General Category then  you might get seat in Maldah Medical college, as its previous year's Cutoff rank was 29949
