I have scored 476 and my AOI rank is 64390,my karnataka state rank is 2247.will I get a government seat in government college.????

You have not mentioned your category. Anyways, with 476 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given under All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).

1. Guwahati Medical College, Guwahati
2. Silchar Medical College and Hospital
3. Assam Medical College, Dibrugrah
4. Jorhat Medical College
5. Tezpur

If we see the 1st round allotment of Karnataka then the cutoff rank of Mysore medical college, Mysore under 2A category was

Hyd-kar qouta- 40272 rank (government seat)
Non hyd-kar - 48627 (2AR category) government seat.

Since your score is below the bar of 450 and this year the merit is also very high due to easy question paper you would not be able to get a ayush or bhms seat at all india level .

So you need to apply for 85% state
