Dear Sir / Ma'm, even though the mock seat allotment shows it, you should still sit for the AIIMS 2019 counselling. The mock allotment may not always be hundred percent correct and you might still have chances in the original counselling round. Hope this helps.
Dear Sir / Ma'm, with a rank as high as this, it will not be possible for you to secure a seat through the 15% all india quota counselling. You do not really have chances in your state counselling too. More so Because this year the cutoffs may be increased
