Sorry to say but your score of 326 is not enough even with your reservation to get you a government medical college for MBBS anywhere through All India Quota and even in Rajasthan through State Quota.

As you score card suggests its tough to get a private medical college with that score. As the cut off private medical colleges has been released which ask the students scoring 240+ for UR category. So you can able to get a seat in 2nd list or 3rd

                I hope you are doing good. Now coming to your query, I think you know that B category seats are nothing but Management Quota seats. To apply for there wouldn't be any separate common counseling for all colleges so we have to apply for the private colleges individually
