ayanmukherjee045 29th Apr, 2021

Dear aspirant,

i would say that as 6 want a seat of kolkata medical college in 2019, so you need to apply in counseling through state and aiq. As you have sc category, so you definitely can get seats under reservation if you clear the cut off.

You need to atleast have 420+ marks from sc category to habe a chance to get in medical college of kolkata.

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc

Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 3rd Sep, 2019
Dear Ravi, in 2018, under SC Category, 375 marks secured a seat in Bangalore Medical College amd Research Institute under State Quota. This is 2018 data. In 2019, the general cut offs have increased by 15 marks. And we are yet to have 2019 cut offs. Now cut iffs change every year and are dependant on varipus factors like no.of candidates appearing for the exam, no.of candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Considering all this, to get into BMCRI, you should score nothing less than 550.
