Well considering your score, i guess it would be quite difficult to get a mbbs seat with these marks. You could try in any other private college or maybe choose a different course than mbbs. You could go for courses like bhms, bams, nursing or any other. Or try

Yes, you can directly register for mop-up round if you are talking about the counselling conducted by MCC. It is clearly mentioned in the website FAQ that "Fresh registration will be available before mop-up round of counselling to be conducted by the DGHS".
