You have not mentioned whether you are from state quota or all india quota. If want to get a seat from All India Quota then forget of getting a seat in government colleges. You need to score more than 500 to get a government college for MBBS. If

Considering the previous year's Cutoffs, you may not get seat in a Govt Medical college, but you can expect seat in a good private college like :-

You have good score in first attempt. It's not on coaching institute or branch. It's upto you how you prepare for exam. How you study your syllabus.

If you want coaching, then go for any institute such that Aakash is one of best institute for NEET.
