i dont know why you are unable to lock choices in aiq counselling. maybe its some technical glitch. try doing that again by logging out and then logging in. or else just leave it, after the scheduled time, system will lock the choices itself. so you dont need

The KEAM medical counselling merit list was supposed to be released by third week of june ,hence you can expect it on or before july 1 st week .The delay might be due to the NEET result date  or other technical details .

As per your question, bangalore medical college is better ranked than andhra medical college. 

Bangalore med college offers 250 mbbs seats at aprrox 2.70 lakh total fees.
