Well according to last year's cutoff you may have chances.
But I won't be able to tell you anything exactly only on the basis of your state rank.
You have to mention other information like your neet score, all India rank, your category and your domicile.

Do you mean that you got 345 marks in NEET exam ? If so then you might get private colleges for your NEET rank. It's difficult to get government colleges though you belong to SC category.
