Almost all the colleges have hostels where there are no restrictions on mobile phones. Usually colleges do not have any restrictions on electronic devices like cell phones other than class hours.
Hostels will only be restrictive about gate closure timing , especially at night.

As right now there is no official cutoff list for both these colleges according to neet 2019 results,bit soon it will be released.
So,on analysing the last year's cutoff ranks and marks for both these colleges for candidates of UR category we get the following cutoffs:-

Getting a good private medical college with these marks is really tough. You can get a private medical college but good ones are tough because their cut off is also high.
Deemed universities by MCC have high cut off for many students, not all but some.
