If we talk about government colleges in Delhi then first name which appears in everyone's mind is Delhi University. Basically the colleges are divided in two parts of Delhi ie South block and North block.

The ranking of these colleges is as follow.. 

• Miranda House. 
• Hindu College.
• St.

You have not mentioned your category but yess you stand chances of getting into a government college .There might be thinner chances if you are from general to get a high ranked one as you are on the ebb but  yes you may get a chance you have

I hope you are doing well I am very sorry to tell you that it is  not possible to get admission anywhere with this less marks in government medical college. Even with category rank you cannot get government seat while you can try for the private medical

For checking out the fees structure of hostel, you could either visit it's website or a simple way, just get their number from their website and call at the college. You can ask all your queries and fees structure by calling in the college.
