It all depends on your NEET Score and class HSC percentile. You could apply through management quota but you need to be quick. The late you go for admission the less are the chances. Even the fees would vary. If seats are available then there is possibility.

My MBBS course will start in 2021. Will the ECFMG 2023 ACCREDITION GUIDELINE affect me in any way? Can I register before 2023?

ECFMG states that effective 2023, Doctors applying for EFMCG certificatiom should have graduated from a College that is appropriately accredited. If you are planning to study MBBS in India, all colleges would be recognised by MCI. By 2021, MCI would have been replaced by NMC and all Colleges participating in All India Counselling are duly accredited. So even if you join MBBS in India in 2021, you would still be eligible to take USMLE once you complete your MBBS. If you start your course in 2021, as it is a 5 and 1/2 year course, you will complete it by 2026 approximately. So you cannot take USMLE in 2023 but can take it after you complete the course. You cannot get a USMLE Id before completing your course. Your qualification will be insufficient.

I got 161835 rank in neet is there any decent medical college available I belong to sc category near Delhi NCR and Haryana

Dear Tanmesh, you havent mentioned the State you hold of. But with a rank of 161835, it is highly unlikely that you will get a seat either in Delhi or Haryana. Because Haryana has only 581 seats available for State Counselling and Delhi has very high cut offs. Any score less than 550 in spite of belinging to SC Category, the chances are almost nil.

Through All India Counselling if you do not hold domicile of Karnataka and through State Counselling if you hold domicile of Karnataka. The All India Counselling fees will be determined by MCC. Now MCC will be scrapped im the next 6 months in favour of NMC, the fees structure might change.
