You can participate in both counselling sessions as Counselling dates of AIQ and States are different. So there won't be a date clash. But once you are alloted a seat through AIQ, after second counselling ,there will be a window, If you don't report to your alloted college

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend you have less chance of getting government medical college in Rajasthan.

You can try for the government medical college Dungarpur or government medical college bharatpur colleges as per your rank under the state quota benefit.
