Based on the 2018 closing ranks your chances are very less under AIQ.

You many get seat under state quota depending on your state.

You haven't mentioned your state.In different seats we have different closing ranks .

Let me tell you with This marks you will not get any Government Colleges,but yeah you may get seat in some of private medical colleges for free seats,but still i am not very sure, it may lead to extra cost for you.But yeah as being a OBC Candidate there

The score and category has nothing to do with the number of choices of filling.You can fill as many choices as you want depending on your preference.Ofcourse to get admission the rank matters.So write the college according in the preference order.

You are eligible only for AIQ counselling for other states.
