Assuming it to be NEET let me tell you that your score is low and hence you are not eligible for admission in any government college.

According to the latest information, the Veterinary Council of India (VCI) will be giving admission to the course of BVSC through the 15% All India Quota of NEET .

The respective state counselling authorities will be conducting the counselling for the rest 85% seats under State Quota

If you belong to the general category then with this score you have negligible chances of getting government college for MBBS. But you can get MBBS in a private college. If you belong to some other category then there are chances of getting government college also. I cannot

This question is quite incomplete as every college has its own fees structure based on various factors. Fees structure is not same every where. You should also give the name of the college for which you want to know the fees details of hostel and mess.
