The age limit for the paramedical courses varies between 18-23. If you fit in this age criteria then you have chances to apply for paramedical courses including the other eligibility criteria.

You must have passed 12th from science stream with biology from any recognized board with at least 50% marks.

For the diploma courses, there is no minimum percentage as every college has its different criteria about the percentage

Some colleges even accept admission on behalf of the percentage obtained in board exams

Most colleges have entrance exams and offer admission as per the marks scored in these exams.

There are four types of paramedical courses available in India which is Degree, Diploma, Certificate, and PG. Out of these 4, certificate courses are the short term courses which are of around 6 – 12 months duration and available for 10th and 12th class students both. Diploma in OperationTech course, students will learn about working with various types of equipment like ventilators, monitors, etc. They also learn about emergency departments, ICUs and how to assist doctors during surgery.
