Unless you have applied through open category for the exam and admission rounds, a bc candidate do come under consideration in open category, even if they score more than their cutoff marks. Proper caste certificate is needed to secure admission through reserved categories.

According to me Naga to apply for bc category there is no way now because bc category is mentioned at the time of filling the form you can not change it after the paper is over you only get the chance of correction once before the Neet exam
