You have not mentioned your category, nevermind ,on the basis of your marks alone I would like to tell you that your marks are too low to get you a seat in government medical college under all India quota. To know about your possibilities under state quota kindly mention

With 346 marks and belonging to sc category you might get govt college in tamil nadu through state quota. Here are some colleges of Tamil Nadu and their previous year cut off.

if for applying in private medical colleges in different states will I have to register in different states or common registration for counseling by MCC will be enough?

Hi Saved,

MCC is responsible for the counselling of 15% AIQ seats for all the government colleges and All the deemed universities.

Hence through central counselling you can avail the benefits of having 15% AIQ seats for the deemed universities.

You may get a medical seat because your marks are quite good but the may thing is get decided by your rank in neet 2019. The cutoff may give to a clear look for this so wait for that. You are from unreserved category that may affect.

Hey, according to last year cut off you can get government medical college like Hassan Medical College, Mysore Medical College etc.. Hope this helps..
