Well dear your NEET score is 567 also,you said you come under OBC category so,you have a very good scope of getting into a government college in Bihar or through AIQ.

With a score of 341 you cannot get a seat in government colleges for both MBBS and Dental if we consider the previous year cutoffs. So you can try in private colleges. You have chances only there. The cutoff varies every year and this year it may increase

As you mentioned with SC category and 415 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are quite high.
