Can you provide more details mentioning your requirements to know the cut off of private quota seats through MCC or through any particular state. 

Different states have different cut offs and same goes for different deemed universities.

Yes you can get MBBS for sure. But there is not much chance of getting government college. But you can get MBBS in a private college for sure. So do try for a good private college as the chances of getting government college is not much. I cannot
