The colleges you mentioned have very high cutoff. Your score is also good in NEET 2019. And also you belong to the OBC category. So you do have chances of getting your preferred college. So do try. You can also get many other good government colleges with this

yes, in the aiq counselling you have to set the colleges of your state in 1st prefernces and if your rank qualifies for that college ,then you can get admission there under aiq. but once you get admitted ,you can't go for state counselling further.
