Last year the central government promised to open 24 new medical College in the country out of which 8 would be opened in state of Uttar Pradesh .

But unfortunately not all of them will participate in 2019-20 counseling ,only 5 of them will be functional Hence this

The state counselling for Maharashtra is done by Directorate If Medical Education and Research of Maharashtra.

Their official website is dimer.org where you will find all the details. They have not yet started the counselling process and it is believed to begin soon.
